Basic Commercial Property Borrower Qualifications:

  • Executed Sales / Purchase Contract
  • Proof of the Escrow Deposit
  • Minimum Credit Score of 650
  • Prior Verifiable Experience With The Same or Similar Property Type
  • Verifiable Liquid Assets for Reserves Required
